Eligibility Criteria:

• Child/stepchild/grandchild of a S&B employee with a minimum of 2 months of employment service with S&B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd, or one of its affiliates as of March 31, 2023
• Applicant must be currently enrolled or intending to enroll as a full-time student (minimum of 12 hours for undergraduate students/9 hours for graduate students) for both fall/spring semesters unless in the last semester prior to graduation
• Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 out of 4.0
• Applicant entitled to utilize only one William A. Brookshire Foundation scholarship in any given semester (i.e. UH, LSU, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, etc.)

Award Information:

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree: Up to $15,000
• Associate's Degree: Up to $5,500
• Students may reapply as long as they meet eligibility requirements.
