Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Employee; spouse of an employee, child/grandchild of a current employee OR a child/grandchild of the spouse of a current employee of Lakeside Country Club.
- Current employee is defined as full-time or part-time (with a minimum of 500 hours in the previous 12 months). Must be employed for a minimum of one year by June 1, 2025.
- Child or grandchild of the employee or the spouse of an employee must be:
- under 35 years old for first year of eligibility
- a graduating high school senior
- a previous graduate from a public or private high school (or GED) enrolling in college for the first time
- or a current college student
- Minimum GPA of 2.0 for current college students (no minimum GPA required for incoming freshmen)
- Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply
Award Information:
- Multiple scholarships awarded annually at the following amounts:
- 4-year colleges: $6,000
- 2-year colleges: $4,000
- One-time award; students may reapply up to three years after the initial award
- Must enroll in 6 hours in both the fall and spring semesters
