
The Indus Cares High School Scholarship is for high school age dependents of employees and contractors of Indus Management Group.
This scholarship is for students in grades 9-11 during the current 2025-26 academic year. If you are a graduating high school senior, please click on and complete the application for the 2026-27 Indus Cares College Scholarship.
Applications for the Indus Cares High School Scholarship must be completed by the parent/legal guardian and student. When creating an account, please register using the parent/guardian's name and email information.
Requirements to Apply:
- Student must be the child of a full-time employee or contractor of Indus Management Group that has been working for at least 90 days prior to application deadline
- Student must be a current 9th, 10th, or 11th grader. Students in the 12th grade are not eligible for this scholarship.
- Student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (unweighted)
- Students with an unweighted GPA of 1.99 or below are not eligible
- Please review this guide for instructions on converting your GPA to a 4.0 scale. GPA should be rounded to two decimal points
- Student must plan to attend an accredited college, university, or technical school within 2 years of graduating high school
- Only 2 applications per family per year
- Both new applicants and previous recipients of the scholarship must complete this same online application.
About the Scholarship Award:
- This scholarship is to save for the future
- Multiple scholarships awarded annually
- Award Amount: $1,500
- Students may reapply as long as they meet eligibility requirements
- What can this scholarship be used for?
- Once the recipient enrolls in college, the scholarship can be used towards tuition, required academic fees, and/or book expenses and will be mailed directly to the student's college.
- Scholarship funding cannot be distributed directly to the student. Funding cannot be used for room and board, rent, meal plans, parking passes, or other similar living expenses.
- Are there any requirements I must meet if I am selected as a scholarship recipient?
- Recipients must accept their award immediately, then submit their college enrollment information online through GHCF Scholar the summer before the academic year begins. This information is required in order for the scholarship check to be mailed to the student's college. Instructions will be included in the student's award letter.
- Recipients must attend an accredited university, community college, or trade/technical school in the United States within 2 years of graduating from high school.
- Recipients must enroll in at least 12 credit hours for both the fall and spring semesters of the academic year they begin college (or be enrolled full-time according to your school if it is on a different system).
