Eligibility Criteria:

• Child of a full-time Hilcorp employee, excluding senior level managers and senior professional levels and above, with a minimum of 1 year of employment service with Hilcorp Energy Company or one of its affiliates, Hilcorp Alaska LLC, Hilcorp North Slope, or Hilcorp Ventures Inc. as of the application deadline date
• Graduating high school senior
• Minimum cumulative GPA to apply: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (unweighted) for initial application
• Must attend a university, community college, or trade school in the United States
• While eligible applicants can apply for both the Hilcorp and Hilcorp FLA scholarships, they may only be the recipient of one

Award Information:

• Multiple scholarships awarded annually at an average of $5,000 each (up to a maximum award of $20,000 over up to 6 years)
• Scholarships are renewable as long as student meets eligibility criteria (2.5 cumulative GPA required for renewals)
• Must enroll in 12 hours in both the fall and spring semesters
