Eligibility Criteria:

• Any current employee of The Briar Club:
  • Regular full-time employee who has completed at least 1 year of service by the application deadline
  • Part-time employee who has completed at least 1 year of service AND 500 hours of service by the application deadline
• Any child or grandchild of the employee who is under the age of 25 years old by the application deadline
• Minimum cumulative GPA to apply: 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (unweighted)
  • Please review this guide for instructions on converting your GPA to a 4.0 scale. GPA should be rounded to two decimal points.

Award Information:

• Multiple awards made annually in the following amounts:
  • 4 year colleges: $2,500
  • 2 year colleges: $1,250
• Must enroll in a minimum of 6 hours per semester
• One-time award; students may reapply annually for the following duration:
  • 3 years after the original award (4 years total)
