Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduating seniors of high schools in Texas from counties with populations less than 60,000, who plan to pursue a four-year engineering or computer science degree at a public Texas university
• Preference is given to students from Brenham High School
• Planned or current college students at Texas public institutions who previously graduated from a high school in a county with a population of less than 60,000, pursuing an engineering or computer science undergraduate degree
• Minimum cumulative GPA to apply: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (unweighted)

Award Information:

• Multiple awards made annually up to $4,000
• Awards are renewable as long as all criteria are met and minimum 2.5 GPA
• Must enroll in a public institution in the state of Texas
• Must be full-time, 12 hours enrollment in each the fall and spring semesters
• Must pursue an engineering or computer science degree
